Mark Darby
Founder & Principal
Mark has led ALLIANTIST since its launch in mid 2005. Prior to ALLIANTIST Mark ran the UK extended enterprise consulting activity for Deloitte, and before that designed and built Reuters first global go to market alliance programme. He was also instrumental at The Rank Group over eight years with its alliances, strategic sourcing and supplier relationship management activity. Having operated for over twenty years across the value chain as advisor, supplier, customer and partner in working with global and international organisations like HP, Deloitte, Reuters, Cisco, IBM, Siebel, Fujitsu, The Rank Group, BT, the UK Public Sector and many small and medium size enterprises, Mark is well placed to share his experience and make a real difference quickly.

Stuart Johnson
Head of Technology Design & Development
Stuart Johnson is the original designer and architect of PAM - software for ALLIANTIST. Originally with FDM Group, Stuart is now leading the software design and development for ALLIANTIST. Stuart is one of the UK Pioneers of Ruby and Ruby on Rails, seeing Ruby as the "right tool for the job" for enterprise data integration, and (for the last year and a half) Ruby on Rails for cost-effective rapid web development.

Chris Kennedy
Business Support Analyst
Chris joined ALLIANTIST in October 07 after graduating with a BA Hons in Marketing from Bournemouth University in 2007. Chris previously worked in media communications for the English Institute of Sport. He also spent time traveling around the world, studying different cultures and building relationships in many different countries.

Frank Jones
Non Executive Chairman
Frank Jones has more than 30 years of Board experience, in companies varying in size from £2 million to £1.4 billion. He was Chairman of Schlumberger plc from 2001 to 2003 reporting to the Group Chairman and CEO in New York. At that time, Schlumberger turned over in excess of one billion dollars in the UK, and had over 9500 employees. Prior to the acquisition of Sema by Schlumberger, Frank was a Main Board Director of Sema Group plc. a FTSE 100 company. Sema had a turnover of £1.4 billion and Frank was responsible directly for over £700m. Frank has extensive experience of partnering and M & A both in the UK and Internationally.

Mike Davies
Mike is an expert in personal, team and organizational performance. He operates across the value chain helping organisations address all manner of people and team oriented issues. During a long and successful career with IBM Mike developed an innovative and radically different approach to business, focusing on principle-centred behaviour from which quality business would flow. In 10 years of consulting since leaving IBM he has been in front of thousands of individuals from hundreds of organizations and has built a huge depth of knowledge and stories that complement the theories and philosophies underpinned in the work of ALLIANTIST.

Ray Treseder
Ray is an upstream supply chain focused practitioner and project manager with more than 20 years consulting and industry experience, reviewing and improving end-to-end supply chain operations, processes and enabling technologies. Current areas of expertise include supplier relationship management in particular using ALLIANTIST methodologies to develop mutually beneficial results for the buyer & supplier.
