Rolling Out PAM
Unlike with many technology systems new PAM users can be productive in minutes and need very little training in its use. We have invested heavily in developing a user interface that encourages interaction and is easy to use.
The onboarding of new users is really easy; they just receive a welcome email and go straight to their profile page and begin using the service once they set their password. To aid individuals that do require more support we have a range of different learning media including video tutorials as well as PDF guides already built in to the PAM help feature. In addition we offer a PAM orientation session for new users either face to face or through a webcast so they can quickly orient themselves to the many features and functions available with PAM.
For large scale rollouts and customers that want to launch services that require bespoke development or customisation we use a PAM rollout framework to guide the process and ensure that all aspects of the rollout are covered. This accelerates deployment, drives out inefficiency and keeps everyone focused on the end goal being hit as quickly as possible with minimum risk.
As PAM is webhosted through a secure data centre there are few IT issues to worry about; it doesnt get much harder than just ensuring the PAM email notifications are not treated as junk!
