PAM has SSL and is a software service hosted by our outsourced specialist data center which is SAS70 type 2 approved (basically that means it is very secure and your data is safe!). PAM is a web hosted service so you dont need to worry too much about the IT side as that is very much a secondary issue to the business application. Indeed, for many organisations with restrictive firewall policies they welcome PAM as a fast and effective means of collaborating with their partners quickly and cost effectively.

Authorised users can access PAM from any internet connection in the world easily so long as they remember their email address and password (and we have a simple password reset facility for those that forget!).

For optimal viewing we recommend a monitor resolution of 1024 x 768 although some customers still use 800 x 600. Internet Explorer Ver 7, and Firefox 3.0 are the preferred browsers, although PAM works well in Internet Explorer 6 too. For Mac users PAM works in Safari and Opera.

If organisations wish to integrate their existing applications to PAM we can easily and quickly facilitate that too having proven integrations with applications like sharepoint in the past and content providers such as Onesource.
