Our services vary from customer to customer although the common theme is helping organisations create more value, primarily through the way they organise themselves internally and how they work with their business partners. In all we do, we look to equip your people to get the job done better themselves.

We know that customers appreciate proven practices and look to learn from others so we have codified the best known practices around alliance building capability and added in our own innovative 'next practices' as well to help fast track customers to success. We have experience in addressing all the common issues highlighted on the home page.

Our PAM software offers leading edge partnering tools to manage all tasks through the investigation, creation and execution stages. It also has a projects module that has strategic alliance and other standard frameworks for busy professionals who are not project managers but need a methodology to drive team progress. The partner &alliance centric relationships module enables internal & external users to work together for mutual benefit.

We also recognise that some customers look to develop or enhance their skills and mindset for partnering and alliances as well as broader team working and collaboration; this could mean a one day workshop or a learning programme over a longer period. For example we have designed and delivered workshops and learning programmes, including train the trainer solutions, at Reckitt Benckiser, BT Global Services, Henley Management College, National Probation Service and many others.

In addition some customers want a wholesale change programme to help them transform their organisation and develop a sustainable capability to partner. For example we have programme directed and facilitated a large change project with BT Global Services that started with a small engagement, developed to an intensive scope of work over a period of months, then scaled back down to a small coaching role once staff were well equipped to drive the new organisation forward.

Diagnostics and Maps are derived from our own in-depth practitioner experiences and modelled from best known practice in leading alliance organisations. We have also taken into account the best academic research available. Many of the Maps and tools can be found in the book Alliance Brand and feature in each of our delivery methods.
