With a major dependency on suppliers to deliver its business successfully LCH.Clearnet has turned to Alliantist to help it build a Supplier Engagement and Delivery Platform (SEDP).  SEDP enables the organisation to source effectively and efficiently as well as manage change well and work better with suppliers on business as usual services.  The SEDP takes LCH.Clearnet and its suppliers beyond sourcing and category management, into intimate engagement and mutually beneficial shared working initiatives.  This drives innovation and delivers significant benefits internally as well as for the suppliers themselves.
