ALLIANTIST is a small but growing firm of professionals led by Mark Darby who is the Founder and Principal. As you might expect we also work closely with a small number of partners and associates for mutual benefit.
Our mission is to equip people and organisations to get their partnering jobs done better, making the world a better place through having more productive collaborations and profitable relationships.
Our focus is on helping clients create real value from the way they work with internal colleagues, alliance partners, suppliers, distributors, customers, and even competitors. Underpinning everything we do is a desire to empower the client and ensure that the organisation and individuals involved can sustain success when our engagement concludes. This is heightened by the use of ALLIANTIST Partner and Alliance Manager (PAM) software and adoption of ALLIANTIST Learning & Development Programmes.
